My name is Cynthia Pinion and I am a licensed Psychotherapist for the State of Florida, Level 1 Trained Gottman Method Couples Therapist, Beyond Quantum Healing Practitioner and National Certified Counselor who specializes in couples and family therapy. I maintain a telehealth private practice in the sleepy beach town of Ponce Inlet. In addition to being a former Certified Family Mediator, I am also a motivational speaker. For the past 16 years I have worked with diverse clients from all walks of life. No judgements, no labels! I also work with individuals who wish to focus on their own personal growth. I have over 30 + years of extensive background experience in the Performing Arts and over 20 + years in the Aviation industry. My experience in these two fields assist those clients particularly struggling with body issues, self esteem, relationships, "parenting from a distance" and Infidelity. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, end of life issues and beyond.
Each client is unique; so with genuine warmth, compassion and understanding I offer a customized approach for each client which can combine: Family Systems, Solution-Focused, Person Centered, Intergenerational, Holistic and Mindfulness Techniques, Gottman's Method , and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I collaborate with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the goals they wish to accomplish in therapy.
